2. The combined profile structure is adopted, the direct bonding structural adhesive part is separated from the other parts of the profile, and the direct bonding structural adhesive part is anodized.

3. During the fluorocarbon spraying process of the office glass partition, the bonding area should be shielded to keep its surface still anodized.

4. Take remedial measures, use sandpaper to remove the coating on the surface to be bonded, and rely on natural oxidation (about 5μm).

Concealed frame glass partitions and semi-concealed frame glass partitions usually use pressure plates (pressure blocks) to transmit force, and the spacing between them is generally not more than 300mm. There are two types of pressure plates: fixed-distance pressure plates and non-fixed-distance pressure plates. After the fixed-distance pressure plates are fastened by connecting bolts, their pressing gap is relatively fixed, and the pressing force on the glass panel sub-frame is relatively consistent, which is convenient for absorbing structural and temperature deformations, reducing friction noise, and avoiding image distortion on the glass panel caused by uneven pressure of the pressure blocks.
